Founded in 1991 by Brigitte Haas and François Legras, today run by brothers Olivier, Rémi and Jérôme Legras. They farm 18 hectares of pure Chardonnay in the Grand Cru village Chouilly, plus additional sites in Vitry and Les Riceys. "Intuition Brut" is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
