Tucked away inside The Circus Hotel on Rosenthaler Platz, 100 GRAMM Vino is a true retreat. Here, where curated wine expertise meets our passion for exceptional cocktails, time is allowed to slow down a little.
In summer, our courtyard terrace and the beautiful open conservatory become a secret hideaway in the heart of Berlin - made for real conversations, easy dates and the kind of favourite evenings you'll always remember, with friends and with those who are just about to become them. Morgenpost Tasting at 100 GRAMM Vino
10 to 27 September, Thursday through Sunday | 7 pm 100 GRAMM Vino – Wine & Cocktail Bar, Rosenthaler Straße 1, 10119 Berlin €55.90 per person
One evening, five glasses, five courses – and a small journey from the Rheingau to Belgium, on to Canada and back to the Mosel. We picked three wines we're drinking with real pleasure right now, added a cocktail as an interlude, and paired every glass with its own course from our kitchen. You settle in, we'll tell you what's in the glass and why it belongs with the plate.

1. Rheingau, Germany Weingut Goldatzel – "Bestes Fass" Riesling With: cucumber, hollowed out and cured on the glass, cashew cream, lemon zest
2. Wallonia, Belgium Château de Bousval – "Gouttes d'O" Chardonnay With: flamed peach cubes, jalapeño, herbs with a bitter note, pickled red onion
3. British Columbia, Canada 50th Parallel Estate Winery – Estate Pinot Noir With: blackberries steeped in black tea, potato cream with lightly smoked wood butter, baby chard
4. Interlude, Cocktail – "Between Two Wines" St-Germain, verjus, white Armagnac infused with blackcurrant, elderberry juice With: elderberry cream, blackcurrants in meadowsweet sugar, puffed rice
5. Terrassenmosel, Germany Heymann-Löwenstein – Schieferterrassen Auslese With: chocolate slice – dark couverture, kadayif, thyme, sesame
