You know a good wine tavern when you want to stay. 100 GRAMM Vino is on the ground floor of The Circus Hotel, right across from reception, and spans three spaces: the cosy lounge, the bright winter garden and the green courtyard terrace. Sun outside, rain inside — always cosy.
The atmosphere is simply there when you walk in. No shouting, no rush. A place for long conversations, relaxed evenings and the one glass that unplanned becomes a second.
Wine with character — from natural wine to VDP
Our wine selection is curated, not random: characterful natural wines from small, often biodynamic growers, precise Rieslings, VDP crus and fine bottles from Germany, France and Burgundy. Much of it is by the glass, so you can explore the range without committing to a bottle straight away.

Because wine tastes even better with something alongside
Every good glass deserves a little something. We serve cheese boards, fresh bread and small dishes from the kitchen to share — uncomplicated, well made and matched to the wine. Just ask what goes with your glass; we'll have an idea.
Honest advice instead of a raised finger
You don't need to be a wine pro. Tell us what you like — fruity or dry, light or bold, your usual favourite or something completely new — and we'll find the right pour. Personal, without snobbery, with real enthusiasm for what's in the glass. That's what turns a wine list into a wine tavern.
Wine tastings
We regularly host wine tastings, themed flights and winemaker evenings — the ideal chance to discover a lot in one evening and learn along the way.
And if you're in the mood for a cocktail?
That works too. We originally come from the bar — alongside the wine list there are a few properly good cocktails. Wine and cocktails under one roof: at 100 GRAMM Vino nobody has to choose sides.

100 GRAMM Vino, at The Circus Hotel, Rosenthaler Straße 1, 10119 Berlin-Mitte — on the ground floor across from reception, directly on Rosenthaler Platz. The U8 stops right across the square, plus tram (incl. M1, M8) and bus; from Hackescher Markt S-Bahn about five minutes on foot. Open daily from 5 pm; the courtyard terrace is open seasonally in summer.
