Founded in 2022 by Martin Schmidt (organic grower, board member of Ecovin Baden) and Philipp Rottmann. Not a classic estate but a cooperative-style model: grape growers in Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland are supported in converting to fungus-resistant (PIWI) varieties, reducing plant protection needs by up to 80%. Own cellar production of crémant and secco by the traditional method.
