Farm buildings from 1804, in wine production since the late 19th century. Felix Mayer joined the family estate in 2014 and reoriented it towards natural, organic production (no chemical inputs, unfiltered bottlings). According to the estate, around 95% of production goes to restaurants and sommelier trade.
