A wine tasting with us is not a course and not an exam. It's a relaxed evening in a small group where you dive into the world of a wine: where it comes from, how it's made, what you smell and taste in the glass — and why it all differs so much. Led by our team or sommelier, with fine snacks and water to keep your palate fresh.
By the end you know more about wine. And have found at least one new favourite in your glass.

How it works, duration & prices
A wine tasting usually lasts around two hours. You taste a curated selection of wines by the glass — how many and which styles is listed with each date. Water and fine snacks from the kitchen are included. Groups are deliberately kept small so you can ask questions and real conversation happens.

You don't need prior knowledge. If wine tastings are new to you, you'll take away what you need — a few aha moments, a new favourite grape and the tools to order better next time. At 100 GRAMM Vino, the pop-up wine tavern on the ground floor of The Circus Hotel, directly across from reception on Rosenthaler Platz. The space spans the lounge, winter garden and courtyard terrace — depending on weather and occasion, the tasting happens inside or outside. Always: an atmosphere that works.
